Since I have finished high school in 2003 I dedicated my career to helping other people improving their physical and mental wellbeing. I started my professional career as a caretaker of physically and mentally disabled young children and later became a certified nurse (Bachelor of Science in Nursing). In 2013 we moved to Hong Kong, where I received a Postgraduate Diploma in Physical Education and Sport Sciences from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). The time in Hong Kong was formative for my Yoga path. While I have been practicing Yoga for many years, it was in Hong Kong where I came to realize that becoming a life-long Yoga student and teacher will tremendously help me in my quest of improving other people’s physical and mental wellbeing. Since we moved back to Switzerland in late 2015, I started to serve as a Yoga teacher, but continued to work as a part-time nurse and personal trainer.

Certified Nurse

I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2010. During and after my studies I worked in different wards at the Kantonsspital St.Gallen, before joining the Hirslanden Clinic in Zurich in 2011. From 2015 to 2017 I worked at the rehabilitation clinic of the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, and from 2016 to 2020 I served CarePeople Zurich as a private nurse.

Personal Trainer

During my time in Hong Kong I completed the Sports Science & Fitness Foundation Course and the Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer Certificate Course of the Asian Academy for Sports & Fitness Professionals (AASFP). I also received a Postgraduate Diploma in Physical Education and Sport Sciences from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). When we moved back to Switzerland in late 2015 I have worked as a personal trainer at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz (work-IT-out) until 2017. Since then I provide personal training to private clients.
