Starting next week, I will teach a “High Intensity Yoga” class every Tuesday from 19:00 to 20:00 at Yoga Elements in Feldmeilen!
High Intensity Yoga combines elements from Yoga practice with elements from High Intensity Functional Training (HIFT). The result of this combination is a very dynamic, intense full body workout that improves not only your strength, stability and flexibility, but also your cardiovascular endurance.
It’s a 60 minutes class (in German and English) that is open for everyone who wants to become fitter and healthier. Your current fitness level is irrelevant. Much more important is your motivation and willingness to embrace the challenge; and keep in mind that: “if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you!"
